Cancelling or transfering a contract

Hello,

I have moved from Berlin to Czech Republic and no longer need my internet connection. I have sent in the abmeldug forms to the burgeramt and am awaiting the response so I can officially cancel.

I have a friend who just moved to Berlin who would like to potentially transfer over my contract if possible?

If that is not possible, can you help me to cancel the contract?

So why am I still being charged?

Hi erikkubik,

the contract ended on 11.11.2018. The calculation was made because the cable router was not returned. Please send it back immediately and we will refund the amount.
