Cancelling or transfering a contract

Hello,

I have moved from Berlin to Czech Republic and no longer need my internet connection. I have sent in the abmeldug forms to the burgeramt and am awaiting the response so I can officially cancel.

I have a friend who just moved to Berlin who would like to potentially transfer over my contract if possible?

If that is not possible, can you help me to cancel the contract?

If you just want to cancel the contract please fill in the form (attached) and send it back via fax to vodafone.

Ok great. I will do the transfer as its easiest for us. He will not be located at the same address. The availabliitychecker on your site says its available at Marienfelder Allee 65 12277 Berlin. Is this ok?

I can not check the availability at the moment. Please call the customer service before sending the filled forms back.

Hi Erik,

if the friend moves to another address, it is not possible to take over the contract. Basically, this only works under certain conditions. The statement of @Gelöschter User is not correct in this respect.

So all you have left is to terminate the contract. Please send me your customer number, name and address in a private message. For this we also need the deregistration from Germany.

Hello,

It has now been some months since I left germany and I am still receiving charges from vodafon. I have been charged every month since canceling and just now I was charged another 100 Euro? Can you pleas explain why this has not been canceled?
