Canceling the internet + phone service over the kabeldetuschland

I would like to cancel my internet service because I move out of the country.

What would be the procedure, ie to whom I send the cancelation notice. I already use your e-mail facility but they send me here to this forum.

you've come to the right place. We can terminate your contract with a period of 3 months. Send me your customer number, name, date of birth, address and the exact day of the move in a private message.
