Hello Vodafone!
I have moved back to Sweden and will sell my apartment in Berlin. Because of this I want to terminate my contract with Vodafone, with effect as soon as possible.
I have really tried to understand how to cancel the contract on the web page but I have not yet understood how I can do that.
Please respond to this email and confirm that you have received the message and what I need to do to cancel the contract.
If you need to contact me on phone, please call at my number, but with swedish +46 first. (Not to your web developers: it is not possible to enter an international phone number in the contact form.)
Otherwise, email works fine.

I have no clue to which board I should post this question. There seems to be no board for cancelling the service. All I want is to cancel my contract as soon as possible. (I am selling the apartment where the service has been used.) I have tried to read and understand how to do this, but I have not yet suceeded.
As you can see I was instructed to post this question in this forum. Personally I think that it is very strange to handle customer requests of this kind in a public forum. I would have rather expected a web page with a button that read "Cancel subscription" or something similar. But if this is the procedure Vodafone Germany wants to handle requests like this, then I'll do it.
Could you please help me by answering how I cancel this contract?

thanks for your pm.
I've now processed your cancellation from March 12th. According to the Telecommunications Act, the contract ends three months after your termination. In your case this is 10 June.
You will get a written confirmation.
