Hi everyone

Since several weeks I'm trying to cancel my wlan-hotspot-flat contract but have failed so far. I wrote several times to the customer service but did not receive an answer. Fouls you please help me cancel my contract ? I am not proficient German speaker and can not make my way thru instructions moreover I'm not enymore in Germany to call customer support.

I have looked in your customer data and good news for you. Your cancellation has already been processed. This has been confirmed to you on 22.08.2018. In your customer portal under documents you can also call these up.

Thank you very much. So that means I don't have any outstanding contracts or further payments with Vodafone? As I will most probably not use any of your services in Germany in the foreseeable future

the confirmation is from 28.08.2018. The contract itself expires on 19.09.2018. The contract will be charged until that date.
