Cancel IPTV subscription

I just want to cancel my IPTV subscription. I dont know why I was redirected to a bloody forum for that.

Just tell me where to sent the STB back and what does it take to cancel the subscription?!!!!!!!!!?

Hello,

at first you need to send a letter to

Vodafone GmbH
Postfach 10 10 53
40839 Ratingen

In this letter, you need to write down, that you want to cancel the IPTVPart of the Contract.

After a few days you´ll get a Letter or an email with the Cancellationdate and a "Rücksendeschein" for the Receiver.

And the IPTV will be cancelled to the date, that Vodafone tells you in the Letter/ EMail

Maybe it is possible to cancel the IPTV with the Kontaktformular, but I´m not sure.

They redirected me to the forums, they didnt even give me a simple thing like the address you gave me. So I can definitely confirm they can't do it.

You're using a cable contract, not IPTV. For this contract the address in Rattingen is unfortunately not correct. Please send me a PN with your data (name, customer number, date of birth and address), then I will look after the cancellation. Should the whole contract be terminated? Is there a special reason for this?

No I dont want the whole contract terminated. I just want to get rid of the tv which I m not using and it is taking space for no reason.
