In attachment is the speedtest for my 1000MB connection with cable.

 

Hello? Can you fix this immediately? This is not even CLOSE to what I'm paying. I will need to work from home soon and this is not acceptable. Please help.

Do you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Your colleagues on the hotline and on Twitter say there are too many customers in this area and that the speed is not gonna get any better, I don't think there' any point on anyone coming here.

 

I'm switching providers, I don't feel like getting robbed.
