Hi, unfortunately, I don't speak German.
I've been experiencing my internet connection disconnecting every 5 minutes. As a matter of fact, I've tried everything I could (according to the Vodafone FAQ) and sadly none of them helped me.
My plan: Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable
I'd like to solve this as soon as possible because I usually work from home.

Hello vinicius-souza,
do those disconnects happen with both WiFi and ethernet connections? Was a factory reset one of the things you tested? I'd like to have a look at your access, please send me a private message that contains your address, customer number and date of birth. Leave a short reply in this thread afterwards.
