Hello.

On 24.12.2019 I paid the two bills for TV and Internet. Today I have received a new bill. For what??? On looking at my Kontostand it says Dein Konto weist keinen offenen Saldo aus.  Can you please explain. Best regards Terje Kundennr XXX

I can't find any new bill on your cable contracts. There is also no outstanding payment. Is the bill really from Vodafone Cable or is it from Vodafone? Which product is on the invoice and from which date is the invoice?
