I need the bills of 2023 by email

I need all the bills of 2023 by email, they cant be found in my account becuase they are olde than a year.

You have to ask the support (either by calling the hotline -or what might be better suited- by writing them via WhatsApp) for copies of your invoices.

Please note that the invoice copies will be provided by postal service and not via email and that you will be charged a fee of -as far as I know- 5 € per copy.
