All lights blinking even with no input wires

Hi all,

I have a Vodafone kabel connection connected to fritzbox using bridge mode.

Suddenly in morning my internet stopped working. When I restarted the Vodafone kabel modem all the lights started blinking. I tried

resetting the box using reset button

taking out wires and plugging back

even switching on modem without any wires (only power wire)

In all cases all lights keep on blinking.

Please suggest a resolution.

I got frustrated and left it as is for 15-20 mins and it started working.
