Hey everyone,
Back in July 2020, I was offered a seemingly free upgrade from my 100 Mbit DSL connection to a brand-new 250 Mbit Cable connection (provided by Unitymedia). Obviously, I asked if there is anything that I need to take care of, but I was reassured that the cancellation of my DSL connection will be done automatically. Following that, I accepted the offer.
To my surprise, I've noticed that I am still being charged for the old 100 Mbit DSL connection and what's worse – it apparently got extended to September 2021 (the original contract was meant to end in September 2020).
Can someone explain to me, what went wrong? How can this be amended, so that I don't have to pay for both contracts?
Thank you.

Hi DavidS9,
welcome to the Vodafone community.
I'm sorry there went something wrong and your DSL contract hasn't been terminated. Please send me a private message with your DSL customer number, the customer password (or alternatively name, address and birth date of the contract owner) and your new cable customer number.
BR,
Dany
