Hi Team,
I have been charged recently 100e for not returning the cable router back to Vodafone. I have sent a package back some time ago but I'm not sure if I've used the correct address and if my cable modem reached the right place. Any chance someone can check my account and see what went wrong there? Many thanks

I like to check and see if the cable router has arrived. When did you send it and to which address did you send it?
