Sorry for writing in English because i am still learning deutsch:
I have Kabel connection Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable with the default vodafone router Arris TG3442DE. After completion of my contract extension for 2 years from the very next day i have this router problem which is really annoying. My router suddenly restard and reset the whole internet setting somtimes thrice a day. I am on home office duty and heady online gamer and while the router restard the whole connection is disturbed for at least 5 min and i am pretty frustrated about this. I need a solution for this problem as soon as possible as this is for 5 months now and i got no solution after calling to the storung department and my Deutsch is bad to understand all of this while talking. Please i need a solution.

I need some more info, please. Send also screenshots of speed tests (with date and time) and tracerts/ping plotter measurements in case of packet loss or ping problems
How is your device connected to the modem? ( LAN; WLAN; additional router; PowerLAN);
Which browser do you normally use? ( z. B. Firefox)
Which operating system do you have on your computer? ( z. B. Windows)
Beginning and period of the disorder (f. B: since early April; only in the evening):
Upload a screenshot of the signal values. You can find them in the user interface of your cable router over 192. 168. 0. 1 and 192. 168. 0. 1 respectively. over 192. 168. 178. 1 at the Fritzbox. What measures were implemented by the fault hotline (accessible at 0800-5 266 625)?

Hello good day ,
Thank you so much for your kind reply.I do not have any idea about ping plotter measurement so what i did is to check my internet speed upload the pics and results . i am using 250 mbps internet but as you can see it fluctuates a alot even in every minute but the inter speed is always smooth and fast. the problem i have everyday is the router which clearly indicates that it got restared took 3-5 minutes to reset for several times in a day or night. I have :
2 Pcs with LAN
1 laptop with Wifi
1 TV with wifi
PS4 pro with Wifi
2 cellphones with wifi
when the router restarts or reset autometically all the device got disconnected autometically. In all my devices i use google chrome and Win 10, Andriod and iOS ... the problem started from April more or less and that time it was not that crutial and too frequent but now it is clearly impossible to use without this unwanted distraction And i am living in Berlin 12161 .

I am waiting for a reply from your part .. i have contacted the customer center several times and all the time the issue resolved as no problem but clearly i am having the router TG3442DE restard problem even twice today ... I hope the vodafone would take this matter seriously ... i can not work from home without stress beacuse of this problem .The customer service is of no use .. i need a technnicial because i am paying for the service or ??

the failures are not only with you but also with the neighbors in the house. A technician must look at this. Can you guarantee the colleague access to the house distribution system?

Thanks for the reply. Yes i know exactly where is the main connection point. If this is the problem for whole neighbourhood then why there is still no technician ? considering the fact that everyone must need intertnet for home office .PLease if it is possble it would be really helpful for us to send a technician.The restard problem is so severe i am using my mobile data now which is extream frustratiuon.
