Unstable WiFi connection

Hi, dear Vodafone! 

For about two or three weeks my router behaves strangely. Time to time all devices are disconnected from the WiFi and could not connect for the next 5-10 minutes. At the same time, the WiFi button on a router blinks. 

Meanwhile, all the wired devices I connected to router work fine. 

Some evidence point to the newest Firmware (01.02.068.10.EURO.PC20), which was installed remotely (probably). 

Can you help me to figure out how to fix the issue? I have around 5 wireless devices (phones, tablets, ebooks) connected to a Router and 3 wired devices (PS4, TV, Apple TV)

Hello Nikomo,

how often do the disconnects happen? Did you already reset the modem to the delivery condition? Are your devices connected to the 2.4 GHz network or to the 5 GHz network? Do you use two different SSID?
