Hi, sorry for writing this in English, but my German does not extend to technical / IT issues.
I tried to log in my Easybox setting via easy.box but I had forgotten the first login password. Then when I clicked on "forgot password" link to get a new one / change it, the modem / router kept restarting and then I lost connection till now (I am using my mobile data to write this.) The notification on PC says something like "do nothing and wait until the device is restarted" and it is already over two hours that nothing happened.
The Easybox is just blinking red at the bottom, with only the 'internet' light blinking green, and the WLAN, also green, but on without blinking on the top of the box. I cannot access the router interface by easy.box
Please help.
Note: I use DSL Home internet package.

Hi,
after reseting your easybox you need to reaktivate it using a MIC (modem installation code)
you can generate this code (in case you lost it) inside "my vodafone" portal

Hi rezaeqbalpassau,
when your PC is connected via LAN with your EasyBox, can you open the surface of the EasyBox when you enter easy.box in the address line of your browser? Then it's resetted and you can log in with username "root" and password 123456. Have you already tried this?
