Hello,
Sorry for writing in English, but I am still in early phase of learing German.
I have changed my cable tariff to Gbit and yesterday sent my old Fritzbox device to Nürnberg. But in the receipt of Deutsche Post I don't have sendungsnummer.
Can I ask if you received the device? Or how can I be sure that it is delivered to you as it is still listed in my devices list in my account.
