Intermittierende Verbindung, Modem-Neustart

Gute Tag !

 

Seit etwa einem Monat startet das Modem mehrmals am Tag neu und meine Internetverbindung ist manchmal für mehrere Stunden tot.
Zum Beispiel war heute morgen das Internet für 1,5 Stunden unterbrochen. Es reboot jeden 5 minuten... Jetz muss ich mein handy 4G thethering haben...

 

- Ich befinde mich in Berlin Xberg.
- Ich habe einen Kabel DSL-Anschluss.
- Ich habe eine Vodaphone CH7466CE Modem Box mit wahrscheinlich der richtigen Firmware Version 4.50.21.4

 

Was sollte ich tun? Es funktieniert nicht...

< The technical team postponed the meeting for today instead. Strange because I received SMS for visits on Monday and Tuesday. Small detail that does not matter anymore.

 

I really _HOPE_ he will come and will DO something... And not just come to measure the signal loss.

 

If you are ok, I will share with you what happens because you are my only link that can explicitely explain a little the problem.

 

As you can guess, postponing online meetings for 2 weeks made the situation even more grave for us here.

 

I am sadly currently looking for another provider in any case. Without understanding what happens, I cannot trust Vodafone anymore so many years (I was a KabelDeutschland customer). Especially on these days, were we work from home.
