seit 2014 am I client to Kabel Deutschland. Last year we moved in another Adress und seit then started the problems with the Internet and specifically with the Wi-fi. I contacted your company several times about this issue, unfortunately without success. On the 6th Oktomber, i recieved a new router (CBN) from you, with which i continued to have the same problem. After a contaft with your technical department, they told me to make contact with the manufacturer of the router. I was forced to buy a second-handed router Fritzbox 6490, with an Kabel Deutschland antenna. I installed it (the Fritzbox details are SN: XXX ArtNr: 2000 2691 CM MAC : XXX)
After the installation, the telephone line worked at once but the Internet did not ever worked. I called yout technical support again und they told me that this specific router was lent from Vodafone and belongs to another client account.
Due to the thing that i consider that the man who sold me this router deceived me, please confirm that this specific router ist rented to another client und that this client sold it on Ebay.
If something from the above is not valid, the router should have worked.
Interner is really important for me at my house because for example
a. i have smart services
b. Informatics is my job and very often i work from home office
Please, i would expect a short answer from you und of cource i expect the immediate resolution of the problem.
