Ungefähr einmal pro Woche fällt das WLAN von meiner easybox 804 unter 1 MB / Sekunde, wodurch es für viele Stunden unbrauchbar wird.
Ich habe das Modem mithilfe des Installationscodes neu installiert.
Es hat nicht funktioniert.
Der Kundendienst sagte mir, dass die Geschwindigkeit des WLANs aus der easybox nicht garantiert werden kann. Dies scheint ein bisschen albern, da es offensichtlich ein Problem gibt.
Ich hätte gerne eine Ersatz-Easybox. Wie gehe ich vor, um einen zu bekommen?

Around once a week the wifi from my easybox 804 drops below 1mb/second, making it unuseable for many hours.
I have reinstalled the modem using the installation code.
It did not work.
I was told by customer service that the speed of wifi from the box cannot be guaranteed. This seems a bit silly as there is obiviously an issue.
I would like a replacement easybox. How do I go about getting one?
