Did not receive Vodafone station device.

Hi,

I had chosen the option for Vodafone station while ordering internet connection in the first week of December 2020. I have received the letter with contract confirmation and activation code, but have not yet received the device. My contract starts from 1st Jan 2021.

How long does it take for the device to arrive.? Whom should I contact to find out the status of the device delivery.

you have ordered with desired date 01.01.2021? Then the shipment will also take place only on the date or in this case on the next working day.
