When i check on DHL website it says waiting for senders instructions. i also got email grom your partner agency for installation. can i use this method?

DHL was unable to determine the recipient. Maybe the name wasn't on the doorbell. The device has returned to us and the contract has been cancelled. Is that in your mind?
