Contract ended and return of router.

My DSL contract with Vodafone has ended as my new address is not being supported by your network.

Do I have to return the DSL router?

If yes, can the return form be generated and sent to me via email or post?

With the confirmation of cancellation you have received a "Retourenbegleitschein". It contains the address to which you have to send the device. Please print it out and put it in the package.

We sent the cancellation confirmation by e-mail as a PDF attachment. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
