Bridge Mode error HIH-10002

Hello all,

 

After contacting vodafone on Whatsapp (as currently I do not speak German) the guy advised me to create a thread here. Anyway, my problem is that I can't activate Bridge mode of my modem, so I can't do port forwarding. I get an error HIH-10002. When I call the number, the call center is only in German and I can't reach real person who can help me with the troubleshootingerror.jpeg

Sent the MAC found in modem web interface in PM

any update or your bad support still continues to idle ?!

Hello denizinho,

 

there is no modem with this MAC in the system as well. Is this the modem you got from us in 2016? Send a PM with a picture of the label on the device and reply here again.

I've already sent you in the beggining of the topic.

Never mind, in 10 days I am leaving vodafone. Atlest I hope you can fix other peoples issues
