Hello all,
After contacting vodafone on Whatsapp (as currently I do not speak German) the guy advised me to create a thread here. Anyway, my problem is that I can't activate Bridge mode of my modem, so I can't do port forwarding. I get an error HIH-10002. When I call the number, the call center is only in German and I can't reach real person who can help me with the troubleshooting

it still seems the device isn't connected at all, that's what the colleagues from the second level found with the ticket ***081/20 as well. Apart from the bridge mode, can you use your Internet connection with the cable router?

Hi,
It is connected and I am using it. I have a router connected to the modem. No settings have been changed on your modem. Fix that issue ASAP because it is getting too late and your support is very bad. My hosted applications can't be reached and my patience is going empty. Even on the phone your colegues tell "we will call you in a time" and nothing happens. I think soon I will meet your colegue in vodafone store to bring back your modem ....

we can't fix anything if the modem can't be found in the system. The picture you sent Moni isn't available as well, so the MAC address cannot be checked.
