Get customer password online

I forgot my customer password and I can not find the letter also, Could you please help me with getting customer password. As I have gigacube connection.

There is no way to show the current password online - as the password acts as security mechanism that you and only you can change critical parts of your contract.

As far as I know, you'll have to fill out InfoDok 165, sign it and send it to Vodafone in order to reset your customer password.
