My easybox 804 stopped working. The green lights for internet, telefon and wlan are all on. And the red light at the bottom is also constantly on. I tried resetting but it does not work. Nothing happens. There isn't even any flashing in the lights. When I try to connect via cable to access the interface for modem settings, it doesn't work either. I have tried calling the customer service as well but since I don't speak German, I can't get through it. Is there any solution for this? Thanks!
