This is a possible solution not a query.
For the last 14 days my EasyBox would not broadcast the WLAN SSID on 2.4 GHz, so a couple of 2.4 GHz devices could not connect. The SSID was broadcast on 5 GHz and 5 GHz devices could connect.
After trying a factory reset to no avail, I set up the normal WLAN to 2.4 GHz, Channel 1, WPA2 and the Guest WLAN to 5.0 GHz, Auto, WAP + WAP2 (as suggested by the Vodofone videos). I also set the same password for both frequencies. There was still no SSID for 2.4 GHz, so I thought that the box was faulty.
Today I thought I would give it one more try before trying to get a new box.
I reset the password of the 2.4 GHz WLAN so that it was no longer the same as that of the 5 GHz WLAN and also reset the 2.4 GHz Channel to 6.
My EasyBox now broadcasts on 2.4 GHz as well!
I don't know which if the settings actually got the 2.4 GHz WLAN working, but maybe this information will help anyone else with the same problem.
