communication channel to talk with Vodafone on issues

Dear Sir or madam:

  

     First of all, we do need a communication channel to talk with Vodafone incharged person, we had been called hotline, who finally said they are only hotline operator and cant make further help. We go to the shops they are provide us a email(kontakt@vadafone.de) which is fake email address , we try to communicate with whatsapp, still there is no response. Maybe some cause I don’t speak Germany, but mainly we feel no body want to help.

     The things we are try to talk as following:

  1. Our DSL was brokend since March, after many times repair, Vodafone engineer want to say it is our fault in our home line, finally it is solved without any change our home internal line. But we lost service for so long time, we want to ask compensation.
  2. Our contract for both Mobile and DSL are wrong, VDF hotline promised us to change the contract and return the over charged money, but now it didn’t happened.
  3. We didn’t get 4G signal at our ground floor, now we tried to ask support here after failed trial with hotline, shop and Whatsapp.
  4. There are additional lost for us such as our online lessons cant been continue, which we had paid all the money.

    

     Please share me how to communicate with VDF in charged staff.
