I have sent an email (contact form) and I asked to cancel my order but I did not get any feedback. and the process is running.
How can I do it?

if I understand you correctly, the point is to cancel a new order.
You can do this within 14 days.
To do this, send an email to widerruf@vodafone.com.
You will then receive a confirmation within a few days.
