Hi,
I moved to my new flat on 1st of February and since Kabel wasn't possible in my new flat, I accepted to change it to DSL. So the old Kabel contract was going to end on first of May. I waited the whole February for the Techniker to come to my new flat and do the DSL anschaltung. So I didn't have internet for one month while I was still paying for it.
Now in this month (April 2020), Vodafone has withdrawn from my account twice!! one for Kabel contract (22.98 eur) and one for DSL contract (14.99). What does that mean!?! why do I have to pay twice while I'm using only one device, in one flat and requested to have only one contract??

On February 24, the techniker came and activated our DSL connection, while I was in contact with Vodafone since end of January. Although the amount of my DSL contract was 15 euro, I paid 23 euroes until now. Now this month, I have paid 15+23 euros.
