Transfer DSL Contract to another person

Hi guys, I need some advise. I need to transfer the DSL contract to another person because I am moving from Munich to Hamburg and there is already internet in my new apartment. 

I know I need to fill and send this form https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/297.pdf

But I have few questions 

1. Is there a way to do this online, without sending via post?

2. Will the new person taking over the contract be able to change the tarrif/plan? If yes, I believe the contract term will be 24 months, right? 

3. If no, will the contract term be same as the remaining time or existing contract?

Hey sanjog,

sadly you can only send the document either by post or fax.

As long as Point 7. "Meine Konditionen" has a checkmark - the new customer will take the contract excactly as it is right now. With all the contractterms you are using.
Its always possible the change to a higher tariff - a downgrade is only possible if your current contract is older then 12 months.

Upgrading the tariff leads to a new contract duration of 24months.
You are perfectly right.
