Service Issue during connect movement

Dear Team,

I am disappointed the way Vodafone is handling my DSL service.

 

My customer number is 0019****. On 17th October, I had placed request for my connection movement to new address. The latest appointment goven to me was 30th Occtober but today, it is chnaged to 5th November. This is unacceptable.

I have below more issues-

- My connection speed is downgrdaed to 16 MBPS, we raised a complaint about it but no answer so far.

- My ponathly fee has been revised from 19 Euro to 29 Euro? I dont underatand why did you do this as we had a fixed contract for 24 months. On side you reduce the speed from 25 to 16 but increasing the monthly fee.

- This delay from 30th October to 5th November. Why are you changing the appointment dates? I have a lot of dependency on the internet as I work from home.

 

Please help in getting a response to this.

The date for the move may be postponed if Telekom does not have enough spare capacity.

 

Our offer for new customer is 19,99 Euro during the first 12 months. Depending on the tariff the monthly fee changes from the 13th month.
