Revocaction of contract has been ignored

Hi

I have revoked a cable contract back in October, but it has basically been ignored. I got an automatic confirmation email at the time, but no agent came back to me to finish the revocation. I have tried to contact Vodafone several times but to no avail. Where do I proceed from now? Do I have to take legal action for the terms of the contract to be upheld?
