Hello,
I moved to a new apartment early May. At my old apartment, I had Vodafone Kabel for over 2 years, but at the new apartment there is only DSL available so I went to a store and got Vodafone DSL set up at the new apartment. I was told to contact the store again once DSL internet was set up so I could cancel my Kabel contract at the old apartment, but I am being ignored continuously and I really would like some help on this. I do not want to be paying for internet I am not using at my old apartment. I am still with Vodafone and therefore, I don't quite understand why it is so difficult to cancel the old internet contract. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ykondo,
the easiest way is to report the move properly first. You can also indicate that you already have a DSL contract.
