Procedures regarding moving DSL to a new address

I have ordered my move and the cut-off date should be Friday (19 October), but I have not received any news regarding my move, the cut-off date and the switch-on date.  Does anyone have any experience with moving to the Internet?  I am afraid that I can not access my current apartment after 19 October.

a relocation can take between 4 and 6 weeks.

You will receive all info regarding the activation date via e-mail. Please have a look into your e-mail account and check your spam folder.

If you can not find any info, send me a private message and tell me your name, customer number and customer password.
