Problem with contract cancelation

Hello Vodafone,
I had Vodafone DSL contract since 15 March 2017. my cancelation (kündigen) date was 14 December 2018, 3 months before the contract ended 21 March 2019. I gived kündigen on time and got confirmation. After that I applyed 1&1 contract but some reason it's not working on my address and they sent me contract cancelation on 22 February then i applyed NetCologne.
2nd April 2019 I got a letter from vodafone my contract extended for one year because 1&1 not take over your Festnetz and they canceled. I am not understand what is going on I called vodafone more than 100 times customer care executives they are very rude disconnected the phone between the conversation. I am very disappointed 😑
