Hello,
I am closing my previous Bank account and Not able to change SEPA mandate via online portal.
Always shows me an error "SOMETHING WENT WRONG".
Can you please help me.

I'm really sorry that it doesn't work. If the owner of the bank account stays the same, I can change the bank account data for you. In this case please send me a private message with your customer number your customer password and the new bank data.
If the bank account owner changes, we need a signed SEPA madatory with this form.
