New Contract Withdraw days

Hello,

I have ordered Vodafone DSL internet connection on 09.10.2020 but yet to receive & installation. I have requested the installation date on 27.10.2020. Now IF I am not satisfy with the internet serivce, within how many day's I can withdraw and terminate the contract without any fee?

Hey Withdrawcontrac,

its possible to cancle a contract ~ 8 workingdays before the activation date.

Once the dsl landline gets activated it can only be cancelled to its regular date at the 24month end of the contract. (as long as the landline is performing within its guaranteed bandwith spectrums).
