Moving internet in new city within Germany

Hello Team,

I am moving from Koblenz to Herzogenaurach and need to check what is the possiblity to move my vodafone internet from month of July ?

I also need to know if, my new house will be having possiblity to continue same contract from vodafone ?

to inform us of your move, you can use our moving service. It will then be checked whether we can continue to provide you at your new address. Have you already used this service?

Hello Nancy,

Yes, I have used the Moving service and I got a reply and I quote, 

"Your cable products have been canceled because they are not available at your new address. You can
find more information about your termination here ." 

I got another information under a mail that, I will get billing and cacellation infromation after 5 days. An e-mail also says that, I need to send back my device. Last day of my contract mentioned is 29.09.2020 (but why?) 

I have a question, that in this case, how can I continue or find new offer of Vodafone in my new address ? 

How can I get DSL vodafone for new address?

Your contract will be terminated in accordance with the Telecommunications Act with a period of 3 months from the date of relocation, because we are unable to provide you with further services. DSL is available at your new address. These will also be displayed when you report your move. It is important that when you sign the DSL contract, state that you currently have a cable contract and are moving. Then your cable contract can also be terminated earlier.
