Internet wasn't working, replacement modem unable to return

Hi,

I had a problem with my internet not working from 13 August until 24 August. This was eventually resolved, it was a problem with the cable not a fault of mine.

However I have a lot of expenses with my mobile data. I was just charged the monthly fee for my internet, I do not think this is fair given I did not have access to the internet for a week and a half. I can provide receipts for 45 EUR in extra data recharges that I incurred. (Unforuntately the forum will not allow me to upload them).

I was sent a portable modem to help with the situation, however I received on the 26th of August, when my Internet was already working again (Lieferscheinnummer 708 536 9943). I also cannot figure out how to return this device back to vodafone. Please tell me if this must be returend and how, I don't want to incur extra charges because of this.

Many thanks, R

Ross

Hey Ross1,

if we sent you an lte mifi router ("Always on" during an incident - its always free of charge.
You can keep it for yourself.

Best regards,
andre
