Hi,
I terminated my previous contract with Vodafone by Mar-2020.
Now, I have requested for a new DSL connection from vodafone and I got a request to select a technician appointment.
As I am the previous owner in the current apartment, I believe a technician appointment is not required as I have information about my previous landline number with vodafone.
So is it possible to update the previous tenant information in my new request?

Hi Individual,
the Telekom checks if activating the line is possible without an appointment.
If an appointment is needed we will contact you.
So please make sure to be there if the technicians needs access to the phone socket and distribution box.
in some cases Telekom contacts our customers directly to clarify whether the activation of the connection is possible without an appointment. However, we cannot influence this.

Telekom usually checks this in advance. Has the contract partner remained the same? Also the spelling?

Hi,
Yes, I was the previous contract partner in the same apartment with Vodafone connection until MAR'20. But my first name and last name was interchanged last time. Now I have given the correct first name and last name.
