How to return money for a missing DSL Internet ?

we  had no  internet for more than two months due to a first technisian connection mistake, how to rallback money for this 2 month?

I can reproduce the incident through the trouble tickets in the system. So I credited you the basic fees for the 2 months on the next bill.
