Hello,

I have Red Internet and Phone 16 DSL tariff for about 18 months. Next year on January my contract will be extended automatically but I will lose the benefits I had from discount offer (24 months with 20 EUR) so I will start paying 30 EUR starting from next year. However, I still have the option to cancel my contract since I still have 4 months until my contract auto-renewal, and then I change my DSL to another provider or even I can stay the same provider but with a better offer.

I found a good offer by modeo.de where they offer 120 EUR as a payback + Vodafone offer 120 EUR as a starting credit. In total, 19.99 EUR x 12 Months + 29.99 x 12 months + 49 (connection fee) -120 EUR - 120 EUR = 17 EUR/ per month. Which is much better than 30 EUR per month!

So, I would like to check if I can extend my contract to this offer without canceling my previous contract with you or should I cancel the old contract now and then I can buy the other offer?

I do like the DSL I got from Vodafone but I don't want to pay that much for it!

Kind Regards,

Odeh

You need to set your contract into termination, otherwise you won't receive any offer from Vodafone. Why would they offer you anything if you're willing to pay 35 euro for another year?

Also you won't get an offer as good as the one you found on modeo directly from Vodafone.
There is another problem with the offer from modeo, if I recall correct, you can only sign up for it if you didn't had any Vodafone contracts in the past for at least a few month.

There is also another site called check 24 or even better remoters if you're looking for cheap contracts.

Many thanks for your answer. I do agree with you, I dont think Vodafone is willing to give me any other discount since I am already a customer. However, I will check the sites you have provided in your answer. The worst case, I will cancel the Vodafone contract which will terminate next year and within the next three months, I can look for another provider with better rates.
