Good day,
Soory for writing in English. I have Vodafone kabel internet contract and it will end at in December. I want to ask and discuss about extending my current contract however Vodafone call center could not help me because I am non-German speaker.
Can someone please advise me how could I get any help regarding extending my contract?

first of all, welcome to our community. It's nice that you are here. For this we need to take a look at your contract. Please contact us on one of our known contact channels (mainly Facebook and Twitter as there is also English support).

Did you cancel your contract?
If not - it will automatically extend itself for one month with one month cancellation period.
Any discounts may expire.
