Hello, I had an appointment scheduled yesterday, 20/04/2018, between 08:00 - 13:00 and the technician did not show up. I need to reschedule for the soonest available time please.
I have tried to use the web-link sent via text but it is not possible.

I will book the earliest date possible then. If you prefer a specific date, please tell me.
Please note that appointmens can not be made on weekends on holidays and we have to consider a lead time of at least 5 workdays.
