Hi,
I have contracted internet on the 27th of April, after several trys the subcontracted technician never appeared at my place.
I needed to ask for 2 days of holidays to have my internet installed and the technician never appeared, the first time he was supposed to come to my house between 2-5 pm so the company called me at 16:30 to tell me that all technicians were ill, (lets not think in how suspicious that is), then they told me they were coming today.
The technicnian did not appear neither today, he stated he has came early today so I wonder why the company gives me a timeframe to be at home in order to get internet installed and then the technician does whatever he wants to.
Moreover the subcontracted company says the technician was not able to find my house, so who was the one giving me the paper from their company asking me to call them again? It was supposed the technician would call me 15 minutes prior to the visit, he never did, in fact he called me at 14:43 to tell me he came and I was not at home and when I got home at 13:00 I already had his note inside my mailbox. So one more time why do they tell me to be at home between 2 and 5 pm if he is coming whenever he wants to?
They reschedule the appointment for this Wednesday (third day in a row I would need to ask for holidays).
My question is if they do not install my internet on Wednesday could I cancel my order without having to pay a penalty? It will be almost a month since I first order internet.
