Dear Vodafone team,
I have submitted the cancelation of my current contract for cable internet (Red Internet & Phone 100/10 Cable Standardangebot), via the MeinVodafone on 11.05.2023. So far, I didn't receive the confirmation from Vodafone, that the cancelation has been accepted, niether do I see anything, that'd indicate that it was accepted in the MeinVodafone's profile.
Currently, I only have an auto-generated PDF with the Kündigungserklärung, that isn't the official confirmation, which is required for me. Hope you could help me with this, as soon as possible.
