DSL Internet Welcome letter not received

I signed Vodafone DSL internet contract on 19th Nov 2018 in Neumünster. I received router but I didn't not received welcome letter via mail and email till today.
I have techinician appointment on 13th Dec 2018.
Could you please someone let me know how to get the details of welcome letter.
