Hello team,
I have tried to approach Vodafone in all possible ways. But I was unsuccessful.
I have a simple request.
I received an email which says my fritzbox will be delivered to XYZ address. This was 2 months back when I stayed at that location and wanted DSL connection for my new address where I will move.
Due to current situation, DSL connection got delayed by 2 months and now I stay at same address where I want DSL contract. Hence I want my Fritzbox to be delivered to same address as my DSL contract.
Could you take care of my request?
It looks like Vodafone has German Operators only for Business Customers and Private Non-German Speaking customers hold no value.
Anytime for a simple task or request, Vodafone eats up atleast my 2 days and still no outcome.

i'm sorry that you had such an unpleasant expirience 😞
Feel free to send me a private message with your customernumber & password.
Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red button on the right side.
I'll have a look into this & send you the router to the adress where the dsl landline is active.
Most agents from our hotline should be a able to handle a call in english. There is no dedicated hotline for english dsl customers.
